Action 8.1 – Support for business activity in the field of electronic commerce
Title: Development of an on-line PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platform using innovative methods of project analysis.
The scope of the project: The purpose of the project was to develop the ANDCOM PPM system – the Polish on-line PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platform. The ANDCOM PPM system consists of two e-services which work independently from each other (each separately). The first e-service is the ANDCOM Project Management aimed at supporting the process of analysis and project management. As part of this service we have implemented innovative methods facilitating project analysis.
The second e-service is the ANDCOM Service Management designed to support the process of analysis and management of SLA services (Service Level Agreement). Within the framework of this e-service, we have implemented innovative methods for analysis of the SLA services as well as the ITIL standards.
